Return Policy

  • Our goal is to make purchasing and returning products a very simple process; we realize that not everything you purchase from us is exactly what you wanted.

  • Product was purchased within 30 days of invoice date

  • Determine if the product is a returnable product; some products the manufacturers prefer to handle the returns and repairs

  • Ensure the product is still in the original packaging and is not damaged

  • All returns are subject to inspection or testing at our facility. If we deem the product to be satisfactory and as advertised, if the original packaging is damaged, or if the returned product cannot be sold as new the total refund could be less a 25% restocking fee.

  • All accessories originally shipped with the item must be returned with the item (including magazines, etc.) to receive a full refund. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Accessories can be returned through any carrier. Long guns should be returned using Ground service through any carrier. Handguns returned via USPS must be sent through an FFL Dealer. Ammunition cannot be sent through USPS and must be returned using UPS or FedEx. COD packages will be refused. Charges incurred from shipping centers will not be reimbursed.

  • Please email us to receive prepaid UPS label

  • All refunds will be less a 3% credit card processing fee, unless waived due to an error in fulfilling your original order properly.

 

 

Shipping Policy

  • Firearm Shipping: Firearms typically ship within 2 to 4 business days when a valid FFL is received. We charge a $10 handling fee on firearm orders.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped

  • We only ship orders to addresses within the U.S.

  • Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses.

  • Customers who order too close to a Holiday may find their order arrives a few days after the Holiday. Once your order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for late deliveries. Late deliveries during the Holidays will not be entitled to free shipping or a refund of shipping costs.

  • Orders having large quantities and/or oversized items may require special shipping. Orders weighing more than 300 lbs may require freight shipping. No expedited delivery. It will be shipped by commercial carrier, curbside. Unloading is the customer’s responsibility, including off the back of the truck in some instances. We may contact you with any additional charges if necessary.
